Orders within the UK are typically shipped within 5–8 days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 1–5 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (if applicable).

Refunds are absolutely available for any damaged or defective items! Please email me at scribbbells@gmail.com or fill out the form on the Contact page, and provide pictures of the damage or details about your complaint to help process the refund!

I used to! Unfortunately, due to new restrictions and regulations on shipping from the UK to the EU and the US, I’ve had to put certain countries on hold for the time being :(
